Today, I ran two and a half miles. It felt good running because my last run was on Thursday. My last run should have been on Saturday. I woke up Sunday morning with a pain in my neck. It didn't go away, and I am still in a lot of pain. It was a pain in the neck to run today. This is a little fun fact: I LOVE BANANAS. They prevent cramps when you run.
I can feel your pain because I hate it when my neck hurts. I hope you have an awesome week training!
